During Memorial Day weekend, ABMC sites throughout the world will pay tribute to the more than 200,000 men and women honored overseas. All the ceremonies are free to attend and open to the public.

Visitors who plan to visit the Pointe Du Hoc Ranger Monument should be advised of the following updates:

Visitor access to the grounds has also been limited due to noticeable degradation of the site caused by foot traffic.

The Pointe du Hoc Ranger Monument will exceptionally be closed on Feb. 22, 2024, from 7 a.m. to 1 p.m. Access to the monument will be blocked during this time frame for security reasons.
