Through the work of the Defense POW/MIA Accounting Agency, the remains of First Lieutenant Nathan B. Baskind were accounted for in 2024. His name is permanently inscribed on the “Walls of the Missing” at the Normandy American Cemetery.

On June 23, 2024 First Lieutenant Baskind was permanently interred at Normandy American Cemetery
