Notes
Specialist Cook was a member of the, 23rd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division. He was riding in a jeep in the Demilitarized Zone (DMZ) when it hit a landmine and he was fired upon and killed by the North Koreans on August 22, 1967.
