Donald Hughes, Jr. was an American citizen, born in Panama on March 13, 1952. He lived in San Francisco, California working as a manager of a restaurant for 20 years. Then he moved to Curundu Heights, Panama where he worked for the U.S. Army. He died on October 4, 1998 at his home in San Francisco, Panama and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery with his father, Donald L. Hughes.
