Master Sergeant Roraback was a member of Detachment A-21, Company B, 5th Special Forces Group. On November 24, 1963, he was taken prisoner at Heip Hoa or Tan Phu, South Vietnam and died in captivity. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
