Sergeant Greco was a member of Company C, 1st Battalion, 8th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division. He was seriously wounded by the enemy near Unsan, North Korea on November 2, 1950 and returned to duty on November 24, 1950. He was listed as Missing in Action while fighting the enemy in North Korea on December 3, 1950. He was presumed dead on February 24, 1954. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial. |
