USMA Class of 1950, Lieutenant Lilly was a member of Company C, 1st Battalion, 9th Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action while fighting the enemy in South Korea on September 3, 1950. His remains were recovered on May 5, 2003 and identified on July 22, 2003. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial. |
