Private First Class Stockman was a member of Company M, 3rd Battalion, 29th Infantry Regimental Combat Team. He was taken Prisoner of War while fighting the enemy in Korea on July 29, 1950 and died on October 15, 1950 while a prisoner. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial. |
