Sergeant Cruz-Perez was a member of Company K, 3rd Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division. He was listed as Missing in Action while fighting the enemy at "Outpost Harry" in the Chorwon Area of North Korea on June 10, 1953. He was presumed dead on June 11, 1954. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial. |
