Captain Everett was a veteran of World War II. In Korea, he was the commanding officer of Company C, 1st Battalion, 15th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division. He was Killed in Action while fighting the enemy about five miles east of Seoul, South Korea on March 18, 1951. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial. |
