Corporal Baron was a member of the 19th Infantry Regiment, 24th Infantry Division. He was seriously wounded by the enemy in North Korea on June 28, 1951 and returned to duty on July 26, 1951. He was seriously wounded again on October 18, 1951 and died of those wounds later that day. |
