Private First Class Walker was a member of the 23rd Infantry Regiment, 2nd Infantry Division. He was seriously wounded by the enemy in North Korea on August 18, 1951 and returned to duty on September 14, 1951. He was seriously wounded again on September 30, 1951 and died of those wounds on October 7, 1951. |
