Master Sergeant Warren was a member of Headquarters, 3rd Logistics Command, U.S. Army. On November 13, 1950 he was a passenger on a AT-6D Mosquito observation aircraft from the 6147th Tactical Air Control Squadron, 6147 Tactical Air Control Group. While on a combat mission, his aircraft crashed two miles north of Koto-ri, Korea. |
