Private Watson was a member of the 17th Infantry Regiment, 7th Infantry Division. On September 4, 1951. he was a member of a four man patrol in North Korea when it came under enemy fire. He delivered covering fire while the other three went for help. When help arrived, he was found Killed in Action. |
