Private Weese was a member of Company E, 2nd Battalion, 7th Cavalry Regiment, 1st Cavalry Division. After delivering supplies to the front line on October 14, 1950, his convoy was ambushed and he was wounded and taken prisoner. That evening he was executed near Kaesong, North Korea. |
