Corporal Hunter was a veteran of World War II. In Korea, he was a member of Battery D, 68th Anti-Aircraft Artillery (Automatic Weapons) Battalion. On June 29, 1952, he lost control of the vehicle he was driving near Yong Dung Po, South Korea and it overturned killing him. |
