Notes
Private Browning was a member of the 8th Field Artillery Battalion, 25th Infantry Division. While acting as a forward observer on July 29, 1950 on the Pusan Perimeter, South Korea, he was listed as Missing in Action. In 1953 his remains were recovered and returned to the National Cemetery in Mobile, Alabama.
