Arley Roscoe Clark was born in Colon, Canal Zone on October 10, 1929. He enlisted in the U.S. Army and served as a Specialist Fourth Class with AAIC Detachment, Ft. Gulick. He served during the Korean War and in Vietnam December 1968 to June 1970. He retired with 20 years service. He died on September 6, 1993 at Brooke Army Medical Center, San Antonio, Texas and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
