Flags In for Memorial Day 2018 at St. Mihiel American Cemetery

Volunteers place American and French flags in front of every headstone.

Prior to the 2016 Memorial Day Ceremony at St. Mihiel American Cemetery, an American and French flag were placed in front of every headstone in the cemetery. Volunteers came to assist with the flag planting.

Come to St. Mihiel American Cemetery in France on Saturday, May 26, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. to help place American and French flags at every headstone in preparation for the Memorial Day ceremony. For groups interested in participating, please email the cemetery in advance.
