Mayor Joel Herzog affixes the bronze rosette next to the name of Pfc. Cecil Harris.

Pvt. Cecil E. Harris is memorialized on the Tablets of the Missing at Epinal American Cemetery in France. A bronze rosette was added next to his name on Saturday, September 20, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. in a small ceremony. The addition of this rosette notes that his remains have now been recovered.
