Epinal American Cemetery hosted a ceremony on May 8, 2015 organized by the U.S. Memory Grand Est France Association.

To coincide with VE Day, a red rose was placed at every headstone (5,255) and 424 roses were placed at the Wall of the Missing.

Sicily-Rome American Cemetery hosted a ceremony commemorating the liberation of Italy on Saturday, April 25, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. Organized by Nettuno City Hall, the ceremony included a wreath laying, a moment of silence, and brief remarks.

Epinal American Cemetery hosted a ceremony to commemorate the 71st anniversary of the D-Day landings on June 6, 2015. Nearly 200 locals attended this ceremony, including a French couple, who were both veterans of Normandy.
