Seaman First Class Donald Adams was born in the United States on March 21, 1917. He enlisted in the U.S. Naval Reserve and was promoted to Seaman First Class serving during World War II. He retired from the 15th Naval District Headquarters, Balboa, Canal Zone on April 5, 1946 and lived in Parque Lefevre, Panama. He died of heart failure at the Hospital Doctor Arnulfo Arias Madrid on July 14, 2012. He was cremated and buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
