Private First Class Aguigui was a member of the 160th Infantry Regiment, 40th Infantry Division. He was wounded by the enemy in North Korea on October 22, 1952 and returned to duty on October 25, 1952. He was Killed in Action while fighting the enemy along "Heartbreak Ridge" in North Korea on January 19, 1953.
