Catherine Atkinson was the two minute old American daughter of Chester Atkinson and Theodore Ewing Schwarz Atkinson living at the Washington Hotel, Colon. She died on May 18, 1918. She was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
