Clarence Badger was born in Texas in 1878. He moved to Panama and worked for the Isthmus Canal Company as a mechanic. He lived at Gorgona, Panama for one year. He died on November 24, 1908 at the Ancon Hospital. He was buried at the Ancon Cemetery, exhumed and placed in a common grave at the Corozal American Cemetery on May 8, 1914. A headstone was placed to identify him at K-12-15 in 1981.
