USMA Class of 1946, First Lieutenant Becker was a member of the Aviation Section, Headquarters and Headquarters Company, 3rd Infantry Division. His aircraft crashed while he was making a road reconnaissance in rugged mountainous country north west of Wonsan, North Korea on November 24, 1950.
