Notes
Private Bullard was born in New Mexico on November 12, 1909. On February 12, 1942 he enlisted in the U.S. Army and was assigned to the 3rd Bombardment Squadron at Salinas, Ecuador. On July 14 1943, his squadron was being airlifted to David Airfield, Republic of Panama. He was a passenger on a B-17E that crashed just before landing at David Airfield. He and eleven other men were killed. He was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
