Anna Bullock was born in Baltimore, Maryland on July 28, 1887. She married Gilbert D. Bullock and moved to Pedro Miguel, Canal Zone prior to 1920. After her husband's death in 1937, she moved to Baltimore, Maryland. She died on January 3, 1965. She was cremated and her remains placed in an urn and stored at the Scottish Rite Temple in Panama. Upon a request from the Scottish Rite, her urn was buried in a mass grave at the Corozal American Cemetery in May 15, 2002 with her husband.
