Notes
Corporal Ciskitti was a member of Company A, 2nd Engineer Combat Battalion, 2nd Infantry Division. He was defending a position near Young-su Dong near Kunu-ri, North Korea about two miles south of the Chongchon River on November 26, 1950, when his position was overrun by superior Chinese forces. In the confusion it could not be determined when he was killed and his commander established November 28, 1950 as his date of death. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
