Quentin R. Cooper was an American born on March 31, 1918. He enlisted in the U.S. Army Air Corps during World War II and served as an Airman. After the war he worked for the Panama Canal Company. Upon retirement, he remained in Panama. He died on April 21, 1979 and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
