Ethel B. Coulter was born in New York City on March 13, 1903. She was married to George F. Coulter. During the Depression, George worked as a Labor Foreman with the New York Park Department as a result of WPA. They moved to Panama on about 1940. She died on August 7, 1949 and was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
