Notes
Major Drake was a member of the 421st Tactical Fighter Squadron. On June 18, 1970, he was the weapons systems officer of a McDonnell Douglas Phantom II Fighter (F-4E) on a mission over Cambodia, when it crashed. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
