William Evans was an American born in 1859. He moved to Panama and lived in Colon for nine years. He was employed at Pier #11, Panama Railroad. He died on March 10, 1914 at the Colon Hospital. He was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then re-interred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
