Notes
Colonel Fellows was a member of the 507th Direct Air Support Squadron. On March 20, 1968, he was the pilot of a Cessna Skymaster Observation Aircraft (O-2A) on a mission 30 miles southwest of Sepone, Laos, when his aircraft disappeared. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
