Notes
Major Hensley was a member of the 469th Tactical Fighter Squadron. On March 17, 1968, he was the pilot of a Thunderchief Fighter (F-105D) on a mission over Laos, when his aircraft crashed. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
