Notes
Captain Hill was a member of the 469th Tactical Fighter Squadron. On June 30, 1970, he was the navigator of a McDonnell Douglas Phantom II Fighter (F-4E) on a mission over Laos, when his aircraft crashed. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
