A 26 year old American man from Utica, New York serving on active duty as a Private with the U.S. Marine Corps at Camp Elliot, Canal Zone for two months. He died on February 17, 1906 near Bas Obispo. He was buried at Bas Obispo Cemetery, located near the town of Gamboa, Panama and reinterred at Mt. Hope Cemetery on May 2, 1917 upon the closure of Bas Obispo Cemetery. He was reinterred at Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
