Notes

Sgt. Meredith F. Keirn was a member of Company F, 2nd Battalion, 7th Marines, 1st Marine Division. He was Killed in Action while fighting the enemy in Korea on November 30, 1950. His remains were not recovered at the time. Through the work of the Defense Department of Defense, the remains of Sgt. Keirn were accounted for in 2018. His name is permanently inscribed in the “Courts of the Missing” at the Honolulu Memorial.
