Notes
Colonel Klemm was a member of the 389th Tactical Fighter Squadron. On June 11, 1967, he was the pilot of a McDonnell Douglas Phantom II Fighter (F-4C) on a mission over North Vietnam when his aircraft crashed. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
