Airman Third Class Krushas was a member of the 7150th Motor Vehicle Squadron, Wiesbaden, Germany. On November 13, 1951, he was a passenger on a C-82 transport enroute from Rhine Main to Bordeaux, France. It crashed on Mt. Dore, near Bordeaux, killing all 36 on board.
