Notes
A 51 year old married American man living at Empire, Canal Zone for four months. He died on April 10, 1906 from chronic dysentery and chronic nephritis at the Ancon Hospital. He was buried at the Ancon cemetery. He was disinterred and cremated in 1914, and buried at the Corozal American Cemetery.
