The remains of CPL Mohr have been recovered and identified. CPL Mohr was aboard a B-24D Liberator with a crew of nine which was lost during bad weather in Morobe Province in New Guinea during a training mission. His remains are interred at Arlington National Cemetery, Fort Myer, Va. CPL Mohr's name is permanently inscribed on the Tablets of the Missing at the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, Manila, The Philippines.
