Harold Moore was born in Kansas City, Missouri on April 13, 1891. He moved to the Canal Zone and was working as a foreman for the Corps of Engineers in Panama. He died on February 21, 1942 and was buried at Puerto Obaldia, Panama. He reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1946.
