An adult American man serving on active duty as a Private in Company D, 10th Infantry Regiment at Camp E. S. Otis, Canal Zone. He died on July 10, 1912 at the Ancon Hospital. He was buried at the Ancon Cemetery and was reinterred in Section A, Old Corozal Cemetery on February 19 1914, then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery.
