Notes
Sergeant First Class Owen was a member of the Command and Control, North, 5th Special Forces Group. On May 23, 1968, he was a member of a team inserted to infiltrate a denied area in Laos west of A Loui. Company contact was lost and he was declared Missing in Action. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
