Notes
Command Master Sergeant Parsley was a member of the 310th Air Commando Squadron. On February 3, 1966, he was a crew member of a Provider Cargo Aircraft (C-123B) on a mission about 10 miles southwest of Khe San, South Vietnam, when radio contact was lost. His remains were recovered on May 19, 2003 and identified on June 7, 2004. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
