Notes
Lieutenant Commander Pike was a member of Attack Squadron 192, Carrier Air Wing 11 aboard the Aircraft Carrier USS KITTY HAWK (CVA-63). On March 23, 1972, he was the pilot of a Vought Attack Aircraft Attack Corsair II (A-7E) over Laos near the Demilitarized Zone when his aircraft was shot down. His remains were not recovered. His name is inscribed on the Courts of the Missing at the Honolulu Memorial.
