A 27 year old American man from Clay County, Alabama, serving on active duty as a Technician Fifth Grade with the Mine Planting Battery, 3rd Coast Artillery Regiment in Panama during World War II. He died on February 21, 1944, was buried at the Mt. Hope Cemetery then reinterred at the Corozal American Cemetery in 1979.
