Frank Joseph Raymond was an American born at the Panama Hospital in Panama on November 21, 1929. He enlisted in the U.S. Army and served as a Private. After his tour in the Army he returned to Panama and lived with his wife, Fermina Garcia Raymond, in Bethania, Panama. On December 18, 2008, he died at Pueblo Nuevo National Hospital and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery near his father, Joseph N. Raymond.
