Mary Bohn Raymond was born in Roanoke, Virginia on August 15, 1896. She married Joseph N. Raymond and moved with him to Panama, living in Ancon. She taught school in the Canal Zone until retirement in 1958. She died on April 10, 1984 at the Gorgas Army Hospital and was buried at the Corozal American Cemetery with her husband, Joseph N. Raymond, and near Joseph's father, Frank A. Raymond, and mother, Teresa Raymond.
